Trekking Hellas Group of Companies, the leading adventure tour operator in Greece with a network of 24 offices nationwide, is recruiting a Bike Guide for Multiday Bicycle Trips.
This position involves specific, week-long trips scheduled from April to October 2026.
Responsibilities:
- Guiding groups of cyclists along predefined routes
- Ensuring the safety of participants and the smooth progression of the trip
- Providing guidance on proper cycling behavior and pace
- Performing basic bicycle checks and handling minor technical issues
- Coordinating with service providers (i.e. drivers, hotels, and other providers)
- Managing the group and supporting participants throughout the journey
- Maintaining a positive atmosphere and strong team spirit
- Sharing insights into the local nature and culture
- Preparing picnic lunches with the rest of the team
Requirements:
- Experience leading multi-day cycling tours
- Friendly, outgoing with a strong guest-oriented approach
- Physically fit and prepared for daily cycling
- Team player with a willingness to learn
- First Aid certification
- Optional: valid driver’s license
