Ensure the complete and efficient organization of trips across Greece.
Lead and manage the Incoming Tourism Operations team to achieve department goals.
Establish effective communication and negotiations with local providers to secure optimal pricing, quality, payment terms, and cancellation conditions.
Liaise with international travel agents and FITs (Free Independent Travelers).
Maintain close collaboration with the Sales Department to draft, prepare, and review programs from both financial and quality perspectives.
Work closely with the Accounting Department to manage incoming and outgoing payments and related invoicing.
Recruit, train, and coordinate guides and facilitators required for trip operations.
Contribute to budget reporting in collaboration with the Sales Department.
Qualifications:
Proven professional experience in the Tourism & Hospitality industry.
Degree in Tourism or Business Administration.
Fluency in Greek and excellent command of English (written and spoken).
Proficiency in the following software: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, online booking platforms, virtual meeting tools, CRM, or similar systems.
Strong team spirit and the ability to lead and collaborate effectively.
Exceptional organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
High adaptability and flexibility.
Highly Desirable:
Personal or professional experience in outdoor activities.
Proficiency in a third language (preferably German or French).
Previous travel experience within Greece, and willingness to travel.
Knowledge of environmental best practices.
