Assist in the complete and efficient organization of trips across Greece, overseeing all services offered (air tickets, ferry tickets, accommodation, activities, etc.).
Communicate with international travel agents and FITs (Free Independent Travelers).
Maintain excellent communication and cooperation with the Sales Department to draft, prepare, and review programs from both financial and quality perspectives.
Collaborate closely with the Accounting Department to manage incoming and outgoing payments and related invoicing.
Provide administrative assistance in day-to-day office operations.
Qualifications:
Degree or current student in Tourism or Business Administration.
Fluency in Greek and an excellent command of English (written and spoken).
Proficiency in the following software: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, online booking platforms, virtual meeting tools, CRM, or similar systems.
Strong team spirit and the ability to work collaboratively.
Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
High adaptability and flexibility.
Highly Desirable:
Personal or professional experience in outdoor activities.
Previous travel experience within Greece, and willingness to travel.
Proficiency in a third language (preferably German or French).
Knowledge of environmental best practices.
