Trekking Hellas Santorini is seeking a Sea Kayaking and Hiking Guide to join its team on the island of Santorini.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation and maintenance of sea kayaks and safety equipment
- Guiding or assisting groups on sea kayaking and hiking excursions
- Ensuring the safety and comfort of guests at all times
- Providing clear instructions, basic paddling techniques, and safety briefings
- Sharing information about the local natural environment, legends, and key highlights of the area
- Taking photos during excursions
- Cleaning, caring for, and maintaining equipment after each activity
- Preparing picnics or snacks for day trips in coordination with the team

Required Qualifications:
- Friendly and outgoing personality with a strong guest-oriented mindset
- Experience in sea kayaking and hiking, or willingness to receive training and certification
- Excellent swimming ability
- Good physical condition and ability to participate in daily kayaking activities
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Optional but desirable: sea kayaking certifications such as BC, ACA, or equivalent
