Overview

The "Living in Nature" Master Class is a program aimed at introducing participants to outdoor activities and camping in a forest environment. The program's primary goal is to teach participants how to camp in nature and enjoy the unique mountain forest environment of Parnassos. It is led by an experienced guide who will provide guidance on the first day. Participants will enjoy an introductory hike and learn how to choose the right camping spot, set up a tent, and organize themselves properly to spend a comfortable night in the open air.

The following morning, participants will have the opportunity to engage in nature play, including tree climbing and archery.

The program is suitable for families and groups of all ages who want to spend quality time in nature and learn basic skills to enjoy overnight outdoor excursions.

Activities / Schedule

Hike 2 km to the campsite

Each participant will carry their own personal backpack. However, the tents, sleeping bags, carry mat, cooking, and activity materials will be transported with our own vehicle directly to the campsite.

The campsite is located at an altitude of 1150-1300m in a soft forest soil.

The program's schedule is as follows:

13:45: Meeting at Livadi Arachova-Dokano area
14:00-16:00: Hiking on a local forest path
16:00-17:00: Tent pitching
17:00-19:00: Theoretical lesson and discussion
19:00-21:00: Dinner preparation and lunch.

Tree climbing, archery

All activities offered are accessible to everyone, we provide all necessary materials and are implemented near the campsite.

The program schedule for the second day is as follows:

07:00-08:00: Breakfast and tent packing
08:00-09:00: Theoretical lesson
09:00-14:00: Tree climbing, archery, and return hike

The return hike will follow the same forest path as the hike on the first day, providing participants with an opportunity to revisit and appreciate the local flora and fauna.
