Trekking Hellas, wishes to hire a team member for the headquarters office (based in Marousi).
Department: Outgoing Tourism Operations.
Description - Tasks
Ensure the comprehensive and high-quality organization of trips worldwide, overseeing services such as air travel, accommodations, and activities.
Communicate effectively with partner tour operators.
Prepare all relevant travel documents and paperwork for each trip.
Collaborate closely with the Accounting Department to manage and follow up on payments, invoices, and related financial transactions.
Provide administrative support for daily office operations.
Required
Degree or active enrollment in a Tourism or Business Administration program.
Proficient in both Greek and English, written and spoken.
Strong knowledge of essential software, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, online booking platforms, CRM systems, and online meeting tools.
Team-oriented with excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
Adaptable and flexible in dynamic environments.
The following will be highly appreciated:
Experience (personal or professional) in outdoor activities.
Previous travel experience.
Awareness of sustainable practices and environmental impact.
