Trekking Hellas, wishes to hire a team member for the headquarters office (based in Marousi).

Department: Outgoing Tourism Operations.

 

Description - Tasks

  • Ensure the comprehensive and high-quality organization of trips worldwide, overseeing services such as air travel, accommodations, and activities.
  • Communicate effectively with partner tour operators.
  • Prepare all relevant travel documents and paperwork for each trip.
  • Collaborate closely with the Accounting Department to manage and follow up on payments, invoices, and related financial transactions.
  • Provide administrative support for daily office operations.

Required

  • Degree or active enrollment in a Tourism or Business Administration program.
  • Proficient in both Greek and English, written and spoken.
  • Strong knowledge of essential software, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, online booking platforms, CRM systems, and online meeting tools.
  • Team-oriented with excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Adaptable and flexible in dynamic environments.

 

The following will be highly appreciated:                                                                                                                                                                             

  • Experience (personal or professional) in outdoor activities.
  • Previous travel experience.
  • Awareness of sustainable practices and environmental impact.
